BERKELEY TOWNSHIP SUMMER CONCERT SERIES - 2018

Berkeley Township Sounds of Summer (all concerts are held in Veterans Park, Bayville)

Opening night will be Wednesday June 27th. Beginning at 6pm, local talent Jukebox Legends will sing all the great songs of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s followed by Beginnings- The ultimate Chicago Tribute Band. “Their horn section and vocals will make you feel like you’re at an authentic Chicago concert. We will also have a fabulous fireworks display after the show," Mayor Amato said.

July 11th, beginning at 6pm....opening act Stiletto & the Saxman -- hear tributes to the greatest Husband and Wife duos, followed by the fabulous headliner, Billy Gilman who was a finalist on “The Voice.”

July 25th, beginning at 6pm...the opening act, Sounds of the Street, playing the Golden Oldies, followed by Garden State Radio, a pop and rock band playing hits from the 80’s 90’s to today.

August 1st....the Annual Beach Party at White Sands Beach in South Seaside Park at 23rd Avenue. From 5:30pm to 8:30pm, Alotta Colada, a jamming island party band with great music, props and a lot of energy, will entertain crowds for the evening.

August 8th, beginning at 5pm....the Seventh Annual “Night Out Against Crime.” Mayor Amato stated, “The Berkeley Township Police Department will be on hand along with our Township First Aid Squads, Township Fire Departments and other public safety agencies to greet residents and show the different types of equipment that they utilize. All of these public safety agencies will have their vehicles and equipment on display, as well. Our DARE Program will also be there with games and prizes for the children to enjoy.” The group performing at 7:30pm will be Tusk, a Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band.

August 22nd, beginning at 6pm... long-time Jersey Shore talent, Rock N' Rhythm, a five-part vocal group with a tight harmonious sound of both traditional Doo-Wop and contemporary styles, followed by Radio Nashville, covering the Best Modern Country Music from the North of Nashville.

August 29th, beginning at 6pm... Gerard Esposito, one of New Jersey's most requested entertainers singing songs from VEGAS to BROADWAY, followed by The Infernos Band, America’s #1 Show Band and the area’s premier live performance group singing four decades of music from Barry White, Earth Wind & Fire and Sinatra, to today’s hot sounds of Bruno Mars, Robin Thicke and Taylor Swift.

The Finale will be on Saturday September 8th - Berkeley Township Community Pride Day. Community Pride Day begins at 10 am with rides and inflatable’s for the kids....many vendors, local non-profits and community groups. The late afternoon will begin musical entertainment at 5:30pm with the Symphonics, who perform a variety of music from the 1940’s thru today, followed by Eaglemania known for their uncanny ability to sound like the Eagles note by note. After the show, there will be a fireworks display.

ALL EVENTS ARE FREE TO ENTER.  Free Parking. Bring lawn chairs and blankets.
